This 8-week in-person journey is a space for women who are moving through perimenopause and seeking a deeper, more holistic understanding of what they are experiencing.
Blending ancient wisdom, meditation, somatic practices, and meaningful connection, this circle offers both practical support and spiritual insight for this time of change.
What You’ll Experience
Each session includes:
grounding practices to support your nervous system and body
guided meditations and breathwork
somatic and expressive experiences to release stored emotions
reflection, journaling, and gentle exploration
a safe and supportive group sharing circle
Over 8 weeks, we will explore:
grounding and stabilizing the body through change
letting go of old roles, identities, and expectations
working with anger, emotion, and inner fire as sacred energy
navigating uncertainty, grief, and the “in-between”
rediscovering creativity, purpose, and inner direction
finding your voice and stepping into a new role as a wise woman
